In this downtown condo, there were interior aesthetics constructed with the original architecture that really closed things in. We opened this up to create a more open living room/kitchen plan giving them the kitchen features with Modern Amish cabinetry they wanted along with Corian Solid surface countertops with a custom farmhouse sink buildout.
Alongside the project, new floating shelves were constructed with integrated LED lighting to showcase our client’s wonderful art. The lower shelf houses a growing light for plants inside the condo where there aren’t many places of their own to enjoy the passion of growing plants.
We also (not pictured) replaced their vanities in both bathrooms with Modern Amish cabinetry, Corian solid surface countertops, and TOTO toilets and washlet combinations.
